In this project we had learned about various subjects of what is justice and what are injustices that need attention. We went through section called "Philosophies of Justice" this covered the main 3 philosophies regarding Utilitarianism, Libertarianism and John Rawls "Justice as Fairness". The second section of the unit we had to cover and part of the third was "Environmental Ethics" and the Chaco Canyon oil and gas conflict. What this entailed was us learning and understanding about what we though was morally right and wrong uses of land through studies and documentaries showcasing indigenous people rights being violated, pollution, and other harmful deeds done to land. What this lead us all to was the final part of the just project where we wrote or produced a final product of something representing an injustice that required attention in or communities, societies and country.
